By accessing or using Ruhanni OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Ruhanni OS is a spiritual platform that provides Quran-powered du'as (supplications), dhikr tracking, prayer time reminders, and related Islamic spiritual tools. The Service is available through web browsers and as a Progressive Web Application (PWA).
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscription Plans
Ruhanni OS offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Quranic Content
The Quran text provided is sourced from verified Uthmani script with Sahih International translation. While we strive for accuracy, the Service should complement — not replace — traditional Islamic scholarship and learning.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering the platform, or using the content in ways that disrespect the Quran or Islamic tradition.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ruhanni OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify users via email if the changes are material.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal remedies.
